Art and installations

Commissioned sculpture, wall works and atrium pieces coordinated with structure, rigging and lighting before fabrication starts.

Scope

What is included

Large pieces are engineering as much as artwork. Fixing points, load paths and access for installation are resolved with the structural engineer while the piece is still being drawn, so nothing is redesigned on site.

Lighting is part of the commission. A brass or glass work reads completely differently under a floor's ambient level than in a studio, so we set the fitting positions and beam angles with the piece itself rather than after it is hung.

  • Commissions briefed against the interior scheme, not chosen from a catalogue
  • Fixings, plinths and rigging engineered before fabrication
  • Dedicated lighting set with the work in place
  • Installation programd outside trading hours
