Division 08
Materials and finishes
Stone, veneer, metal, leather and textile selections tested for fire rating, cleaning regime and colour under your own floor lighting.
Scope
What is included
A finish that looks right in a showroom can fail on a gaming floor. Samples are reviewed under the venue's own lighting, then checked against the cleaning products the housekeeping team actually uses before anything is confirmed.
The schedule is kept short on purpose. Fewer finishes means faster fabrication, simpler repairs and a better chance of matching a panel or seat five years later. Every entry is named, coded and issued at handover.
- Samples reviewed on site under the venue's lighting
- Cleaning and abrasion checks against real housekeeping products
- Fire ratings and slip resistance confirmed per location
- Named, coded finishes schedule issued at handover
