What operators usually ask first

- Can you work while the venue stays open?
- Yes. Most of our work is staged around trading hours. We agree the shift pattern, hoarding line and reopening time before starting, and each area is cleaned and returned to operations at the end of the shift.
- Do you supply furniture only, or design as well?
- Both. Some clients ask for a full interior package from survey to handover; others already have a designer and bring us in for seating, carpet or lighting supply and installation.
- How is casino carpet different from ordinary commercial carpet?
- Density and construction. Gaming floors run continuously, take chair castors and cleaning machines, and carry more soiling than an office. We specify heavier woven or high-density tufted constructions and set the pattern out to hide wear lanes.
- Can seating be matched to our existing furniture?
- In most cases yes. We take a sample seat, match frame dimensions, foam density and fabric or leather as closely as the current supply allows, then mock one up for approval before ordering.
- How do you handle surveillance requirements?
- Camera coverage is reviewed with your surveillance team while layouts and ceilings are being drawn, so pendants, screens and joinery heights do not obstruct sightlines or introduce glare.
- Which regions do you work in?
- We are based in Toronto and work across Canada, including Ontario, British Columbia, Quebec, Alberta and other provinces where licensed venues require coordinated interior support.
- What lead times should we plan for?
- Woven carpet and custom tables are usually the longest items, commonly ten to sixteen weeks from approved sample. Seating and lighting are shorter. We confirm actual lead times against your program before you commit.
