How we work

Five stages, each with something you can check

Interior work in a gaming venue fails on program far more often than on design. These stages exist so the operator knows what happens on which night and what state the floor will be in at opening.

Stone, carpet, metal, leather and timber samples laid out for review
  1. 01

    Site measure and condition survey

We measure the floor as built, record machine and table positions, and note what is failing: pile crush, seat foam, glare on screens, cleaning damage on joinery.

  2. 02

    Interior drawing set

Layouts, carpet setting-out, reflected ceiling plans, joinery details and a finishes schedule. One drawing set covers every division so the trades read the same information.

  3. 03

    Samples and mock-up

Physical samples are reviewed under your own floor lighting, and a single table or machine bank is mocked up so operations and surveillance can sign it off before volume orders.

  4. 04

    Staged installation

Work is programd around trading hours, usually overnight, with a defined start and clean handover each shift so the area reopens for the next session.

  5. 05

    Handover and maintenance

You receive finish schedules, cleaning instructions, spare stock and replacement part references, so a damaged seat or panel can be matched years later.

Working in an occupied venue

What a night shift usually looks like

Details vary by venue, but the shape of a shift is consistent: a defined start, a hoarded area, a fixed volume of work and a clean reopen.

Typical overnight shift

Start After close of the affected area, with hoarding and floor protection in place
Work volume Sized so the area can be finished, cleaned and reopened in one shift
Dust and noise Cutting done off site or in a contained zone; no wet trades left open
Handback Area vacuumed, furniture set, lighting scenes checked before opening
Records Shift log with what was completed and what carries to the next night
